Ondatrace
Ondatrace helps project managers and PMO leaders catch problems across their projects early. It reads the places where project work actually happens, including meeting transcripts, and suggests what needs attention, each suggestion quoting where it came from.
How it works
- Connect your tools. Each person signs in to the tools they use, such as Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack or Jira. Ondatrace reads only what you connect.
- Meetings are read for you. After a meeting ends, Ondatrace reads its transcript, pulls out risks, date changes and action items, and then discards the transcript text.
- You decide. Suggestions show up on your Today page with the quote behind them. You accept or dismiss each one. Ondatrace doesn't change anything in your tools on its own.
- Private stays private. What comes from your own email, calendar or meetings is visible only to you until you accept a fact from it for your project.
Who can use it
Ondatrace is in a design-partner pilot and access is by invitation.
