ONDATRACE DESIGN-PARTNER PILOT TERMS & DATA NOTICE

These pilot terms have not been reviewed by legal counsel. Ondatrace is an experimental prototype. By using this pilot, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Use only data you are authorized to provide for this pilot. Do not upload passwords, API secrets, payment-card data, protected health information, export-controlled data, or other regulated or highly sensitive information.
  • Ondatrace may connect to third-party systems only when you explicitly authorize those connections. Connected providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
  • To run the pilot, Ondatrace relies on service providers that process pilot data on its behalf: an AI model provider (Anthropic) receives the content Ondatrace analyzes -- messages, transcripts, project details -- in order to generate findings and proposals; a cloud host stores the database; and error-monitoring and email-delivery services may receive limited technical details and the addresses Ondatrace sends to.
  • AI-generated findings, proposed changes, summaries, risks, and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong. Ondatrace is decision support, not an authoritative source. You remain responsible for consequential project, customer, personnel, financial, legal, security, or operational decisions.
  • Consequential automated actions are intentionally limited and may require human review. You should review evidence and verify important changes in the relevant source systems.
  • Pilot data may be retained to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and evaluate the product. Product usage may be analyzed in aggregated or de-identified form to improve Ondatrace.
  • Ondatrace does not sell pilot-user data to advertisers or data brokers.
  • The pilot may change, become unavailable, lose data, or contain defects. Do not use it as the only system of record for business-critical information.
  • You may ask the pilot operator -- the person who invited you, at the address your invitation came from -- for information about retained pilot data or to request deletion of your pilot workspace/account. Deletion may be subject to reasonable backup, security, or legal retention requirements.
  • Participation is voluntary and may be ended by either you or the pilot operator.

These pilot terms are dated September 26, 2026. Material changes require re-acceptance on the next login.
